Arrived early as we only had a short leg of our Csmino. Our room was ready, and we were allowed to check in (although our bags hadn't arrived). we were very early. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, we were served breakfast, which was fresh, tasty and adequate.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ruas. We arrived soaking wet after walking on the Camino. The receptionist was welcoming and booked us in for dinner that evening. Our room not massive but enough for us to relax, with a hot shower and comfortable bed. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fixed price less than €20 for 3 courses.. the food was excellent. The breakfast next morning was served in their cafe next door. Note there is a choice but not a self service buffet. Unfortunately due to the weather we didn’t get the opportunity for any sightseeing in this lovely historic town. The hotel is located very centrally inside the old town and it was very easy to re-start our walk the next morning.

Not at all recommended. Slow service check-in. Fair clean room and emplacement, but rather noisy. They skillfully deceive foreigners. Shorten menu and poor cuisine at high prices. Look elsewhere. Do not waste your time. Waiter was comprehensive, though.

Location was superb. Our room was large and extremely comfortable. The windows were double glazed but opened so we could enjoy the sounds of the street below but also have silence. The restaurant served excellent food. Highly recommended

Highly recommend. Victor and staff made my stay highly enjoyable. Room and bathroom were updated and so clean. Shower was wonderful. Cafeteria very convenient for early morning starts when most cafes not yet open. Location in old town can’t be beat and best of all only 10 minute walk to lavanderia.
