The hotel facilities are noticeably outdated, and the cleanliness of the bedding was particularly disappointing. The sheets had visible stains and hairs, which significantly impacted the overall stay. I recommend renovating the rooms and improving hygiene management to ensure basic comfort for guests.

Not live up to mercure brand. The room renovation is old and breakfast is not a 4 star hotel standard shld be.

ALways stay here everytime visited Pontianak, hotel just next to Megamal Matahari (walking distance). Will stay again next time.

It's still a pretty good hotel in Pontianak. The staff are not very good at responding, and there is a shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away.

Quite a nice hotel with large comfy bed. Near to shopping mall. There is water dispenser at the corridor outside the room. It's nice to be able to refill your water bottle.
