enjoy my stay throughout the 5 nights in pontianak 💯 location of the hotel is very much strategic to cafes nearby and best of all is indomaret is just few steps away from the hotel. overall the process of checking in and checking out was efficiently easy and the room that was requested was non smoking, glad that it actually did not have any traces of cigarette smell 🫶🏻

My stay is quite good. Neo have good Aircon that comfort a lot in Pontianak hot whether. I got smoking room in the day 1 but they immediately switch to non smoking room once available, thanks to mbak Mala that help me a lot during my stay. Keep your hospitality on 👍

Location is excellent with friendly service. Cleanliness of room might need to further improve especially the towel. Parking is waived if you have car.

Old hotel, must change bedsheet and towel. Not enough towel in toilet. Friendly housekeeping staff and receptionist.
