It is a small hotel. Burger King, Costa Coffee, WH Smith and Gregg are the lobby of the hotel. Very convenient to get food. The staffs were very friendly. Free parking available.

The facilities are simple but cheap. Next to the M4 motorway rest stop. There are restaurants and children's play facilities. One night stay is 0K!

Stayed for a few nights. Really helpful staff. Carey and Caroline were really lovely on reception. Housekeeping staff were lovely and friendly. The family room were comfortable and clean. Looking forward to my next stay. Thank you all for being so helpful and friendly

There is no pavement access beyond the carpark and to the nearest bus stop. This makes walking quite dangerous. Getting to Swansea town centre also has similar dangerous walking routes but otherwise good place to stay at if you have transport from and to the carpark.

Everything satisfactory for a one night stay while travelling. Hotel is joined to Services so food is close by. Not noisy . Just "standard" level, which works fine if that's all you need.

Stayed in this hotel on many occasions when visiting Swansea. It is ideally situated for our needs. The staff always give us a warm welcome, thank you Amanda.

Friendly staff - Amanda was really helpful during check in. Plenty of parking as is a motorway service. Costa, Burger King, WHS & Greggs are on site. Short drive into Swansea if you wanted to visit. Rooms are as you’d expect from a Travelodge.

We arrived this evening. The room is perfectly adequate and the bed seems very comfortable. The price of the room is very reasonable and Amanda on reception is lovely. It's a bit strange being at the motorway services but it's convenient and there are plenty of options for breakfast tomorrow.
