Stayed for a couple of nights just after Easter. The room itself was good enough but the bed had a mound in the middle. Explained to staff, who said that the zipper hadn't been pulled up and they would sort it. It never was. They had a look, as they left all of the bedding untucked. The restaurant was poor!! One toilet was shut, whilst the other had a blocked urinal full of urine. It was blocked for the two nights we stayed and it stank. Had to wait nearly an hour for our main course. I ordered an undressed salad, only for it to be smothered in dressing. When I told the waitress, I was told " it's only Vinaigrette". Breakfast was poor and cold. No sweetener for hot drinks on both days we were there. Was told I could always complain by the waiter. It's a shame as the hotel is in a good position for a base and is easily accessible. I myself won't be going back.

Family room was too hot for 4 people in a small space. Advised to leave the ground floor window open for the whole stay and turn off heating. Room was still 21 degrees. No one slept. Outside temp was 11 degrees at best. Premier inn refused a goodnight guarantee as this hotel doesn’t have air con. No idea where the heat was coming from?

Well another great stay at a Premier Inn. This time at Poole Central. Many thanks to Natalia and Sam for making us feel welcome and for their continued help, laughter and support whilst we were there. Food this time supplied by Table Table and all good there. See you next time.

Very large hotel within walking distance of town centre on the edge of Poole. Next to a dual-carriageway, so best to ask for a back room if a light sleeper.( NB. we never managed to get a reply despite ringing five times!) Comfortable room with a sizable bath, and hot water, even at arrival time of 10.30PM. Helpful staff on arrival, and in the morning. Good midweek rate of £73 so we booked this and drove the forty miles rather than stay at the two in Weymouth, (where we were at a concert) which were at the ludicrous prices £175 and £125.

Plenty of parking on arrival, delightful staff and a spacious, spotless room. Bed was absolutely huge! Plenty of spare pillows and bedding if needed, and easy to get more tea, coffee and milk from reception. Lovely restaurant next door which appeared popular with locals. Ideal location with town a short walk away.

Checking in was quick and easy. Our room was as expected, clean, generally quiet and with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a little tired though, and in need of some TLC. The extractor fan didn’t work, and when you flushed the toilet it sounded like a hair dryer was running for 5 minutes afterwards. Some noise from people using the stairs that were below our room. Local taxi service into town was reliable, reasonably priced and available from a call button in reception or via an app. We would stay here again.

Premier Inn accommodation as normal - clean and value for money. Restaurant - at 21.30 no staff to be seen - barman disappeared halfway through our order - we had to wait until another member of staff happened to appear to complete it. Then they disappeared so bar totally unstaffed so no opportunity for another round. Place looks tired with chairs requiring recovering and table we sat at was sticky. But the best was yet to come. Toilets - filthy / disgusting / all totally full of toilet roll and stuff. My mother has a disability and the disabled toilet looked more like it was a nightclub toilet at 3 am - she was not using that! This is a food serving environment. Complained to reception as there was no one in the restaurant to speak to. Went in for breakfast - not bad - sliced bread was out frozen - good for toast. But at 09.30 - the toilets were still open and in exactly the same state as the previous evening - disgusting. Spoilt the normal experience of a Premier Inn.

This hotel is ideally situated for the ferry terminal and did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My room was immaculate and I had a fabulous nights sleep. I will definitely use this Premier Inn again.
