Friendly welcome with great service, great views over Poole harbour. Bathrooms a bit tired, but certainly clean, and walls quite thin so noise travels.

Very good location between Studland, Sandbanks, Poole and Bournemouth.
The hotel though is tired, with outdated room furniture and decorations and missing modern conveniences like USB sockets.
Bar v expensive, breakfast ok (granola bars great), slow service.

Lovely room, nice reception staff, great views from the bar and restaurant but the experience was let down by breakfast.
Ordered Avocado Benedict - served with blackened/burnt avocado and spinach that was very gritty and inedible.
I did send it back but the waiter didn’t seem particularly bothered.

Stained carpet after reception, dated all round, stained carpets in room hallway and in room itself. Way overpriced for what it is, left after 1 night out of 2
