Magnolia Inn and Suites Pooler

Parking was swide open as the hotel ws not very booked. Actually made us feel concerned that the property was not good, but it turns out to be very well kept stay was good , but we did not stay long to use the facilities as provided. Will come3 back again.

Nothing special about the room, but it is clean. Mattress comfortable but I would bring my own pillow. Their pillows aren’t horrible, but worst hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. Nice owners. Continental breakfast very limited in choices, consists of choice of a sweet roll or muffin, 2 cereals, packaged oatmeal or make waffles. If you like tea you are out of luck; they only serve coffee and have milk (for cereal). Should consider tea bags for guests since they have hot water for oatmeal. Small but clean dining room with the food available from 6-9. Can’t really complain because room was reasonable. Overall no complaints.

Worst continental breakfast of the 11 similar class hotels I stayed in during a recent trip. This hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and will need refreshing soon.

Fair price, you get a clean and decent room to get some rest for 1 night, without any bug infestation, we will be back for sure, thanks!!!

Very Disappointing Disappointing due to noisy people in the hallway at 10:00 pm. Called the office with no pickup. Had to deal with those overnighters myself. The breakfast had lukewarm coffee, no cream, and only cold pastry and waffle maker. Very disappointing. Being the third stay, I doubt if I will ever return.

We booked this hotel at night after a cancelled flight. It definitely looks a little sketchy from the outside and has a dim sign. Check in was strange. We had to stand in the vestibule between sliding doors and pick up a phone for service. The staff member that came out from around the corner was in pajamas. I assume she was sleeping in a room and we woke her up to check in. She was pleasant though and did not seem bothered by us. After several minutes, we were told there was a $100 deposit that would have to be paid and would be refunded at check out. We were not made aware of this when we booked online. We were not able to use the main door, we had to exit the building and enter a side door. The rooms were fine, but outdated and needed repairs and updating. Very few toiletries offered. Around midnight, someone started banging on one of the doors down the hall and yelling someone’s name. This went on for about 15 minutes. Later in the night, someone pulled on our door. Felt unsafe and did not get much rest. I would not stay again and would recommend spending an additional $25-$50 to stay somewhere comfortable and safe.
