Toilet was not clean and bedsheet is not clean. Even the walls of bedroom are dampened. The hotel needs to do maintenance of doors and walls.

Very bad experience, they provided used bed sheets, bathroom water drain not working and they were doing maintenance for that till late night 11:30 pm. The behaviour of security personnel in car parking area was very bad. Very disappointed, not recommended to anyone.

Walls and roof ceiling plaster washed out, plaster romved from walls very bad rooms, showing on very good rooms but the actual condtion very very different

Rooms required renovation. Toilet shoul have bathing stool and mug. Service to pick up the luggage not available

The hotel needs renovation and day by day standards are getting down. The bedsheet quality is very much poor, washroom are bad in condition,, needs upgradation. Light in room is very poor, at night the water pumps starts and it makes sleep very noisy. The staff is courteous but doesn’t helps for comfortable stay.

I booked a club room stay for 2 adults and a kid. The room is in horrible condition. Found cockroaches on the walls, behind AC and a dead one on the floor. The door mat was terribly dirty. Initially they refused to change the room and after lengthy conversation, they showed a room which is in 10 ×10 ft. size with two single beds. As no option is left for us, we had to accept that Bathrooms in both the rooms are in the worst conditions. No. hand flush and the curtains are very dirty. Locating the hotel is also a great challenge.Photos are no where matching in reality

The room stay was good; rooms are maintained very well, and hotel staff are very cooperative. compare with nearby hotels Room prices are affordable.
