Wonderful, marvellous

As usual, our stay was perfect, the attention to details in the hotel is top level and what we appreciate is the exclusivity of the location as well, few rooms, few guests, you won’t find an overcrowded spa or pool, most likely you will find it all for yourself. Staff is elite level and the rooms suites all have a beautiful view and design. There’s not many hotels that I want to come back every year but this is definitely one of the few.

Our stay at Aria was beyond our expectations. Our room was lovely and the view from our balcony exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. After a day seeing sites we always came back to Aria and enjoyed time by the pool….it was perfect. Our only regret was not taking a whole day to just relax at the pool. I would highly recommend.

We had an exceptional stay at Aria! I chose the resort because it looked peaceful and relaxing, and it was exactly what my husband and I were hoping for. From the start, Tecla and Matteo at the front desk made us feel welcome. The property was so serene that we never felt the need to leave. In fact, we only ventured out once to Menaggio. During our stay, it felt as though we had the entire place to ourselves, with only a handful of other guests around. Our suite was beautiful and spacious, and the terrace views were stunning! Breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight. The room service team—Roman, Claudia, Eleonara, and Martina—were friendly and attentive. We also dined at La Massera, where Svetan provided excellent service, and at Dolce Vita, where Francesco, Vanessa, Dancei, and Martina were equally wonderful. The spa experience was another standout! Scheduling with Nimet was seamless, and the massages in the couples' room were fantastic (my apologies for not remembering the therapists’ names). The only minor drawback was hearing children playing outside, which may be a consideration for those seeking ultimate relaxation. Overall, our time at Aria was truly memorable! We’re especially grateful to the staff for making our stay feel so special. 10/10 recommend and we can't wait to come back!

We had the most amazing stay at ARIA Retreat & Spa on Lake Lugano, just near Lake Como! Truly one of those places that exceeds every expectation. Even before we arrived, the team was incredibly helpful with communication and planning. They organized our airport transportation, which made the long trip completely stress free. We got there early and they had our early check-in request noted, which we really appreciated. They welcomed us right away and timed everything perfectly so we could grab a quick bite at the bar overlooking the most beautiful lake views before heading up to our room. When we walked in, we were greeted with the nicest gin tasting setup waiting for us. Such a thoughtful touch! Everything during our stay was effortless. A quick call or stop by the front desk and they handled it all. From organizing drivers, to incredible restaurant recommendations, to planning our spa day on the property. They even mapped out a full Lake Como day trip itinerary for us and explained it so clearly. Breakfast in the room each morning was absolutely worth it and honestly a highlight! Everything tasted SO good, and they were happy to make things that were not even on the menu. The location is perfect if you want a more relaxing, less crowded experience. You can easily take a boat or even walk into Porlezza, and enjoy water activities without the heavy crowds you find in the main Lake Como areas. It gave us the perfect balance of exploring and truly disconnecting. And we have to call out the staff because they made the experience what it was. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were also great at reading the room. Super engaging when you wanted to chat, but always respectful of your space. Matteo, Laura, Martina, and the amazing water sports team all made our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back!

We really liked the ARIA hotel! The location, the room, the spa, the staff, the views, the breakfast in the room, the dinner, the peace and quiet - everything was great!

Wonderful! I have travelled a lot, but this is the top list place! By the staff to the atmosphere! The best vacation ever! It seems I will be back the first day you open in March 2026! Easter holiday is going to be next vacation!

Once again, our stay at Aria was incredible. The staff is amazing, very kind and professional. The facilities top notch and the surroundings spectacular. If you want a stay in Paradise, Aria is your best bet.

We stayed at ARIA Retreat & SPA for 2 nights, and the experience was simply exceptional. The staff are highly qualified, kind, and always attentive, their professionalism and warmth truly make the difference. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and feature a private terrace with a stunning view over Lake Lugano. The CEÒ SPA is a true haven of relaxation, with two wonderful pools, one indoor and one outdoor, and serene spaces designed for complete well-being. We dined at both La Musa, elegant and creative, and La Joie de Vivre, more casual yet of equally high quality. In both restaurants we discovered surprising flavors and imaginative combinations that delighted us. A genuine five-star experience in every sense, where comfort, professionalism, and beauty blend perfectly. We will definitely be back!
