Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, train station, and thermal baths, with a short walking distance to local attractions. Guests appreciate the proximity to nature, historical sites, and easy access to the thermal pools via an internal tunnel.

Stayed one night after long flight. Bed was comfy, room and property clean, friendly staff. Walked to the local town- a couple of blocks- for pizza for dinner. Ample parking!

An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. If you dont speak italian the majority of staff spoke some English but take your translator with you. A beautiful mountain atmosphere gives a good break from the bustling cit of florence.

All very good, professional staff, very good cuisine and services (technical pool and sauna). Only complaint: restaurant room too spartan. A placemat on the table, even paper, and a change of cutlery between the first and second courses would be advisable.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel and took advantage of the late check out, which allowed us to use the rooms and services until 7 pm. We enjoyed the quality of sleep, the possibility of accessing the spa through an internal tunnel and, in particular, the sweets for breakfast and the coffees and cappuccinos served by the staff. We liked the wellness area and found it quiet and relaxing. Mr. Armando was always punctual in his responses.

I think one of the hotels with the least empathetic owners in the world. Give it a smile, which is free and above all would make customers feel at home. I report two episodes 1) I ask the owner, an elderly gentleman with a white beard, for a kit with toothpaste and toothbrush. He, without deigning to look at me and continuing to stare at the computer: "We don't have it". I ask myself: how can you have three stars if you don't even have a toothpaste kit to give to customers 2) I ask at the bar for a coffee and a cappuccino. There is an elderly lady, I think the owner's wife. She makes the cappuccino and puts it on the tray but probably hadn't heard about the coffee, so I rightly say to her "Even a coffee please". In response, the lady in a surly, rude and very rude manner replies to me by waving the tray "And couldn't you have told me before????" I invite her to moderate her tone and not to become familiar. The hotel as a structure is also nice but managed by two rude people who probably no longer have love for their job

I would have done without traveling 80 km to make my father feel discriminated against for his handicap in the hotel lobby. I would like to point out that my father informed the hotel that he was visually impaired (provided with a unique white cane) at the time of booking and that he would be accompanied by me, his daughter, only for the first 2 nights of a 7-night stay: the booking was confirmed anyway, assuring that there would be no problems. We were welcomed on the first day by very kind staff who promised to assist my father during his stay: a gesture that I wholeheartedly appreciated. Only on the second day, while we were in the lobby to get familiar with orienting ourselves with the cane, we were pointed out by the owner, and ordered to leave because he would not accept hosting my father without an escort. Understanding the legitimate request, I ask why they confirmed the reservation if this was the initial condition and I am told that the staff made a mistake, without providing us with an alternative or at least an apology for the misunderstanding, for having made us pay for the stay anyway and for having made us travel 80km to make my father feel humiliated by their management error. Needless to say, this episode left us astonished, especially my father who felt discriminated against because of his visual impairment. In 2025. I believe that more clarity and education is needed in giving information to customers. And perhaps have sensitivity, not only for the environment with Km0 products or by putting soap dispensers on the wall eliminating disposables, but for people, who are the heart of tourist hospitality.

Surrounded by greenery, parking available, adjacent to the spa. These are the only notable points that the structure has in its favor. In my opinion it has many flaws that do not justify the cataloging in three S stars. I could make a list but I prefer to be kind and not to be cruel. I will limit myself to saying that I do not recommend the structure for long stays, a day or two at most. Only if absolutely necessary and you can't find better.

The rooms have a pungent sewer smell, the much-vaunted spa with hydromassage is an underground pit with a crumbling white rubber floor with an obsolete hydromassage. In words everything seems nice. But the reality is truly disappointing.
