My experience at this property was extremely disappointing.
1. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the presence of roaches crawling on the furniture and across the floor. This immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.
2. When I attempted to take a shower, I discovered that the water wouldn’t drain properly. I was forced to shower while standing in stagnant water, which was both uncomfortable and unsanitary.
3. The bathroom also lacked basic privacy and safety. The window was missing its glass pane and was left open, with only a burglar bar installed on the inside. This made me feel exposed and unsafe throughout my stay.
I reported these issues verbally to a supervisor, who assured me that I would receive a follow-up call, but no one ever reached out. Upon checkout, I brought up the condition of the property again to the front desk manager, but he was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no concern for the issues I raised including the infestation and poor maintenance.
Overall, this stay was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.
