The room is very clean, and the location is good. You can directly view the sea from the room. Walking to the beach only takes one minute. The staff members are also very friendly

The room was very spacious and came with two beds. As we arrived late, the front desk was already closed. Our name and room number were thoughtfully posted on the window, and the key was left on the door. Inside, we found the heating had already been turned on, making the room wonderfully warm. Complimentary snacks and coffee were provided. The room was spotlessly clean, and the shower had great water pressure and abundant hot water. After getting settled, we headed to a nearby restaurant for dinner. Mid-meal, I suddenly realized I'd forgotten to lock our room door! Fortunately, everything was still in place when we returned, which reassured us about the area's safety. The hotel also features a slide. Campbell Pier, a local attraction, is just across the street. There are several restaurants nearby; we arrived at 8:30 PM, and they were all still open. The steak at the restaurant on the corner was excellent value for money, and the portions were very generous. The following day, for lunch, we tried another fish and chips shop next door. It was a fast-food style place but absolutely delicious. A bonus was that one of the staff members was Chinese, and they even had a Chinese menu.

Best location in Port Campbell. Sea view straight from my room. Well equipped and had everything I needed. Staffs are attentive. Would stay here again.

Cleanliness: Spotless and excellent. Location: Port Campbell itself is a truly beautiful and remarkably clean town. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Rock Cafe, with all essential amenities close at hand. Don't miss the surprisingly delicious fish and chips at the local petrol station! It's truly a fantastic stopover for a road trip. Service: The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time staying in Loch Ard Motor Inn! Great place! Amazing location! Convenient to shops, gasoline station, Bar and Restaurant and very near to Great Ocean Road. Excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from local attractions. The lake view room also offered a pleasant view. It’s incredibly convenient with a gas station right next door and a supermarket directly across the street. For check-out, you can simply drop the key in the box by the door.

Nice place and close to twelve apostles. Very valuable place to have a short break, beautiful lake nearby.

Extremely spacious room. Like the shower most. Water pressure is strong and bathroom is huge & bright. Very convenient location. Grocery, restaurants, all right across the hotel. Love this place and will definitely come back again

Staying at Lord Arc Motor Inn was a nice experience. The view in front of the sea was beautiful and relaxing, and the room was spacious and comfortable—perfect for a restful stay. Having a supermarket nearby was also really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short trip or a weekend away.

We had a fantastic stay at Loch Ard Motor Inn! The room was very spacious with one queen bed and a surprise extra single bed. We loved the balcony with a beautiful view of Port Campbell Bay. The location is super convenient, right across from restaurants and souvenir shops. The room was spotless, the hot water worked great, and there was even a heat light in the bathroom. The only small downside was that they only provided bath soap instead of shower gel, but overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!
