Fantastic duplex 20 meters from the beach

Family holiday with teenage children Really lovely property in an excellent location. Quiet but close enough to everything- especially the beach. Would definitely book again.

A genuinely happy time with the family So fortunate to have chosen this little house, with a toddler friendly garden, so near to the beach. There is a gate to block off the stairs, which otherwise could cause problems, but the owners are very helpful and there is a high chair and a couple cots. Laundry room is a bonus.

Paradise in Puerto Pollensa Wonderful stay in this well equipped and clean house. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. Great location - only 10 minutes walk to the restaurants via the Pine Walk. Great for families as the garden provides a break from the sun. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great spot on Pine Walk We loved our stay at this quaint cottage. There were five of us: myself and my husband, our two adult sons, and my eldest's partner. It was a bit of a tight fit, but with the extra bathroom out back and the yard we had enough room. There is not a ton to do in Pollencsa (the Wed market is neat, though), but we enjoyed the yoga on the beach and just hanging out. We walked to the local Cala one day for a swim and snorkel and spent other days using the car to explore the rest of the island. My only complaint about the house itself was lack of coffee equipment. I had to buy a strainer and used a coffee filter in the strainer over a pitcher to brew pour over daily. They need a single cup or small drip pot in the kitchen for easier use. The owners were around and helpful when we had questions, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Great location and friendly hosts Really good location in the north of the pine walk, metres from the beach with shallow clear water and not too crowded. Easy 10 min walk to port and centre of town with lots of restaurants/bars/shops on the way. Mini spar supermarket and cafe 2 minutes away Garden terrace of property lovely with outdoor shower good for cooling off. Table for outdoor dining and sofa/chairs for chilling where we spent most of the time Inside it’s a bit basic /dated. Smelt a bit damp with bedrooms quite smal if you were using all the beds and stairs open so wouldn’t think good if you had small kids or elderly. But we were out most of the time and only 2 of us. Hosts met us on arrival and really helpful and friendly and when we had issues with the AC it was quickly fixed

Can Voramar Charming property attached to the back of a large property on the Pine Walk just 20m from the sea. Comfortable and well equipped with sun trap garden. Aircon downstairs was good but only one aircon unit upstairs struggled to cool all three bedrooms. Would definitely stay again but maybe not in July!
