The check-in process is not convenient and user friendly, especially for overseas visitors. First we received a message requesting a deposit and the message is from Airplan ! We do not know and are not aware that Airplan is the management company looking after the private units. When we booked via Trip.com, there was no mention of deposit and more so the name of the management company Airplan was not mentioned. When we received WhatsApp messages for transfer of deposit, we were afraid that it was a scam !! So we did not response until we reached the hotel and spoke to the receptionist. We also noted that Airplan gave only the name of their bank and account no. It is not easy for overseas travelers to effect an immediate transfer online to their bank account !
So please give more information related to this deposit payment in your website so that future clients can be readily informed and do the necessary transfer well in advance before they start traveling. This form of payment works well for Malaysians, but not convenient for overseas travelers. However we succeeded to contact Airplan by WhatsApp and we could pay the deposit in cash to a third party who came to see us at the hotel reception.
