Grand Lexis Port Dickson Reviews

The check-in was fast and easy, the introductions was clear. The hotel have different buildings and names so I wasn't sure which one I have booked till I reach there. I booked the Grand Lexis Port Dickson so the room is single storey and we have private because there is no window and the only window is from the toilet looking out to the pool. The pool is Within 3 tall walls and the pool is dirty with leaves and bugs. The room have large walking area with 2 big beds and sofa and study area. The toilet is large too, with its own wc area and shower area and big changing area. The wardrobe is connected to the changing area. The toilet window have gaps that lizards came in. There are alot of car park lots right in front of my room but when night comes, it's full, but there are lots in the hotel building too. Breakfast buffet is in the hotel building and there are alot of variety of food. There is a big pool in the hotel building but are crowded. There isn't any shop nearby, there is a small shop in the hotel building but they close early. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to guide us to our room. There are free buggy rides to shuffle people to and fro their rooms to main hotel lobby.

Best vacation with family. The best service includes breakfast service, baggy & room service. Next dream trip to Imperial Lexis KL.

I had a 1 night stay to visit family in the area. The hotel is grand but in dire need for a refresh and upkeep. For the price we were paying it was barely ok. Breakfast options were great but the place does get busy at peak time so best to be there earlier.

Enjoyed our stay .Overall great. The rooms have been comfortable. Excellent staff. Breakfast was soo good.

We love the place, scenery, private pools, buffet breakfast 💪👍👍👍, the best timing to stay here, avoid peak period. Overall good n recommended.

Room is huge even for the lowest tier room type. Air conditioning isn't strong though. Hotel room looks a little tired and could do with a refresh. Service is warm and friendly. The private pool in the deluxe suite is a plus point. Breakfast is reasonably good.

We were greeted by the warm staff. All the staff are so friendly & we had a wonderful service during our stay. The rooms are clean & spacious. Love that we have our own private pool. Thank you to Grand Lexis for the wonderful stay & upgrade!

All great from room, bed, pool. But, the breakfast is terrible. Don’t have any taste. Even the hard boiled eggs for nasi lemak alao smelly seem like already rotted.

Definitely a good stay, but the pool is a bit small, more for soaking, playing water. Go to pool for swimming instead.

Kids had a blast though it was only for 1 night. Service was excellent as staffs were very friendly, buggy’s service was fast. Loved the pool inside the room.

Excellent experience for the 2nd time with Lexis. Happy to be back and Lexis never fails to impress us. Highly recommended and definitely will share the experience with my friends. Thanks for the free upgrade from suite to villa.

Hotel feels old but the service staff were quick to attend to our requests, and friendly. Hotel WiFi was not receivable in the living room, so I called them, and they brought in a separate broadband for the living room. Toilet flush was also stuck, and they sent someone to fix it quickly. Visit the Glory beach which is located behind the neighbouring Hotel for a nice sunset (see photo).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The cleaning was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. What stood out the most was how kid-friendly the hotel is, with a great environment

Fast & early check-in upon arrival at the resort. A budgy ride brought us to our executive pool villa. There were 2 king size beds & a private pool,a separate mini kitchen area & the bathrooms After an outing, we found that the sink outside the bathroom was leaking badly, making the whole area wet. I immediately called the concierge to complain. Thankfully, they upgraded us to a premium pool villa within 20mins. The upgraded villa was much cleaner & bigger. My boy loved the private pool in both villas. The breakfast buffet variety was quite good. Location of the resort was ok, easy to book Grab taxis to the different malls & places of interest. Recommended place for families to enjoy a short & relaxing getaway.
