Top view but we can accept gecko poop everywhere in the room and bird poop at balcony.the toilet bowl to dirty..

Upon arriving at 3.30pm, there was a really long queue. The check in process was slow even there is 4 counter. We booked the water chalet. The chalet facing other chalet. The window just covered by the blinds and if the blinds widely open we can see the person in the front chalet. The furniture was old but the room fully equipped. There is fridge & iron. Tv can watch netflix with your account. The toilet was huge and open. There is part without roof and if it is raining the toilet will be soak wet. If you open the window in the bedroom you can straight away see the person taking shower😅😂. I love the natures inside the resort compound. It was fully greenish & calm. Even the peacock happily strolling around the resort. They named every part of the chalet and the beach. Ours was in Aceh. The petting farm has limited animals but it is enough to make your child happy. Can fed the animals but need to buy the food cost rm5.40. They have big swimming pool (adult & children). Breakfast was tasty & delicious especially the croissant! The served it hot. I like all about this resort except the room. It can be quite creepy at night especially with the open bathroom.

The service was excellent. The food was good but can improve to serve more variety of foods.

The place is rundown.. need a lot of maintenance. Even the umbrella is broken once we open it. Need to bring your own umbrella as malaysia is raining everyday. U need it from the cafeteria to your room if  iit is raining.

Avillion Port Dickson still holds the same charm it did when I first visited 20 years ago—but it’s clearly in need of some renovation to bring it back to its former glory. We arrived early around 10:30am from Singapore and requested to pay for an early check-in. Unfortunately, we were told premium rooms weren’t available yet, though we were assured they’d accommodate us. We passed time at the nearby Regina Mall, which was quite deserted, and returned by 1:30pm—only to find our room still unavailable. Strangely, other couples in premium rooms were checked in ahead of us. After following up and speaking with the manager, we finally got our room at 3pm, which was frustrating, especially as the resort wasn’t even full. On the positive side, the food was excellent and the staff were warm and hospitable however shorthanded , we could not get assistance when we got lost finding for the white building that serves welcome drinks & high tea. A special mention to the concierge—after hearing about his twin sons needing medical help, we offered a small donation of $50. We hope it makes a difference.

Great places especially when you’re with family plus staff all we’re good with great service…

All good.. beach, pool, chalet room.. cleanliness is average.. room is ok but maybe a bit run down. There is a few trail of ants in the room. One next to the bed and another one on the table. Other than that it is a good place for vacation.. we enjoy it.

Pro: Good Location. Big room. Good value of money. Good service. Good environment. Parking bays are enough to accommodate guests (depend on the distance to the lobby). Water pressure (shower) is good. Wi-Fi speed is sufficient. Con: Air-con in the room is not cold enough. Open air bathroom (too hot, sweat after bath and toilet). Quality of Sampoo & Conditioner are not good, quantity is also not enough for long hairs. Rooms are a bit old and torn.

We stayed in garden chalet. The view is nice and the facilities and room maintenance is old and door and some area are dirty.hope hotel can look into it and keep clean. Although maintenance is old but cleanliness is still very important. The staff is nice and help us arrange our room side by side with our friends.

the food is ok, the facilities in the room are not maintained, and the bed is not comfortable because when you move a little.. the bed will make noise.

love our stay here, except that there are ants everywhere. plus the water heater not working very well. but very good for couples to honeymoon

We stayed at Premium Water Chalet which is very nice. The Executive lounge is wonderful. Enjoy the beatiful sunset. We had so much fun together. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings at the hotel.
