Great experience staying here! In love with AVI lounge view and the spa! However, check in process is not that smooth as it takes longer time about 10-15 mins per guest with super long queue. Breakfast wise is standard, more or less like 3 stars hotel with not much variety.

Location wise it's very strategic.I still love the peaceful surroundings. It's a very old property and survived on daily basic maintenance.This resort needs a good make over I booked a Premium Water Chalet n requested for a unit with full Seaview. What I got was a Partially Seaview half blocked by a building,aVi lounge to the left.And the OOTD spot was right Infront of the unit's balcony.. there's no privacy at all.....very disappointed. I like the bed n the day bed which is the only thing that looks clean. One of the sink in the bathroom is clogged. The sliding door to the balcony open on one side only. Cracks on the ceilings ...hey my safety is compromise here. Check in was okay cos I checked in after 4pm but long queue during check out. Breakfast was okay for a 4 star property . Overall, very disappointed. I rather pay same rate at a new property nearby.

Checked into the room and found thick dust everywhere, yellow sweat stained pillows and brown stained bedsheets. Went to speak to the manager and they sent in a cleaning group. Afterwards it was a pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly, the managers both were very accommodating to our needs. Note though that there is only a small area for smokers inside the hotel and alcohol is quite expensive at the resort.

Room was spacious. There’s no umbrella in our room. Cannot go out when raining.

I love the surrounding. Calm and green. It just that the air conditioner wasn’t working in our room. The technician had told the person in charge to change our room. We were waiting, the kids were sleepy and it was almost midnight when I called the room service to ask about our situation. She asked the manager and then we moved to the other room. I just hope that if the same thing happen to others, please quickly reponse to the matter till the end.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff were helpful and they gave us wheelchair access for my mom since she is using sticks to support herself. Staff walked us to the room and explained the hotel’s history to us. We had pleasant conversations and experiences during our stay. Thank you Avillion for the hospitality.

Third time had been here. The first time is garden chalet, nice view when at night. Second time is normal water chalet, which when you open the window you’ll see another chalet front of you. But thiss, the third time, premium water chalet is superb awesome, with free pass to access avi lounge for tea time. This is my most memorable birthday present that I’ll remember. Premium water chalet is located at the front row, so when you open the door to balcony, there is no one except the sea, the most awesome view. It’s like you travel to Bali but in Malaysia.

All good except one of the receptionist name Ashikin quite rude and a lil bit sarcastic. It’s really unpleasant to deal with her. She doesnt have a good PR and I firmly didnt think receptionist suit her personality. Very unpolite and unwelcoming. She needs more training mybe 24/7 a YEAR. She might do well and far better as a polis bantuan or avillion security. PLS TAKE ACTION ON HER TQ!

One of the high-end hotels in Port Dickson. Quite affordable but the rooms in dire need of refurbishment especially water villas

The resort is well located at a private beach. The beach is clean but water is muddy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom design was not suitable for elderly people due to steps and uneven flooring. Overall the room is a little rundown with poor maintenance. No bath towels were prepared in our room. Tried to call housekeeper but phone was not working. The room is far from the hotel lobby and wifi connection is bad.
