The place is very tired and needs money spent to update and maintain the properties - plug sockets almost came out the wall, the doors all had peeling paint, the upstairs was damp in the bathroom and bedrooms and the kitchenette was not fit for purpose with mould and tired appliances/equipment. The 'food truck' didn't even turn up one night and reception was only open a few hours each day. Not appropriate for young families as the rooms were so cramped there was no space for our daughters travel cot and the place was filthy.

We stayed in room 9 after booking a last minute stay for 1 week as a family of 4 (2 young children and 2 adults). The onsite pools are great and the grounds and play area are well kept. Our room was overlooking the golf course so was quiet and nice to overlook in the evening. The apartments were great.. maybe could do with a bit of TLC in some areas but overall a comfortable stay. The staff were really helpful and each night there were different things going on ie pizza night and moules and a band. We felt that the resort was missing a bar/restaurant of some kind so the local vendors visiting was a great way to add entertainment.

Visited this hotel with my family recently. We stayed in one of the villas and I have to say we had a fantastic stay. The villa was clean, spacious and most importantly for us - quiet. I will say it's quite a distance from some things, but we were lucky enough to be able to bring our car with us on the ferry. Would recommend staying at this hotel for sure, especially in one of the villas as I cannot speak for rooms. Also, if you don't feel like dining out, there's a nice man who sometimes parks up and cooks pizzas. He isn't there all the time. There's also a bread van every morning, but I cannot remember the times. I'm sure reception will let you know upon checkin.

There are Rats on the site and big ones - needs more pest control. The fact that there is no bar or restaurant on site, or within easy walking is not good with the number of properties a bar would pay for itself. Design of our property left a lot to be desired, toilet downstairs, while there is room on bedroom floor in bathroom to get a toilet, also no means of getting air flow through the property as no window on door elevation. but the biggest complaint was there was no internet, a property of this size to have inadequate internet in 2022 is inexcusable and the fact they say limited before booking means they know of the problem, so would be better to say 'no internet' then they would be providing what they provided us, this substantially reduces the value for money, the manager on check out smiled and said yes to it not being good, this is an insult, if is was UK, I would have wanted some money back, I France I have to reluctantly accept, due to language and distance No email address to contact them

super séjour en famille, (3 adultes et 2 ados) logement fonctionnel et très propre, grande terrasse. A la réception accueil très sympathique. grande piscine propre et très bien chauffée. Très bon emplacement pour visiter les musées et plages du débarquement. Foodtruck tous les soirs, je recommande particulièrement le samedi soir le couscous, très copieux et excellent, à ne pas rater. Le dimanche pizzas très bonnes également. Je recommande cette résidence ++++

Résidence très bien située pour visiter la région et en particulier les plages du débarquement. Assez calme car située tout près du golf. Logement petit (appartement 1 chambre) mais très fonctionnel et bien équipé niveau cuisine. Un vrai plus la présence de foodtruck le soir (sauf mercredi et jeudi). Le gros point négatif pour nous reste l accessibilité de la piscine intérieur : tout petit hall pour se déchausser, accès ensuite au vestiaire avec d un côté douche sanitaires et de l'autre 4 cabines et des casiers....et là...hygiène déplorable... je pense que la présence d une personne toute la journée ne sera pas du superflus afin de maintenir le lieu propre. Même les enfants n ont plus souhaité y retourner... dommage

Nous avons séjourner dans cette résidence en famille pour la 4 ème fois. Le domaine est magnifique, calme et le personnel agréable mais... Le tout est gâché par la propreté / vétusté du logement. Lors de nos précédentes visites, la propreté était déjà très approximative. Mais cette fois-ci, les photos parlent d'elles même. Nous n'avons pas souhaité nous plaindre à la réception et avons préféré renettoyer à notre manière. Force est de constater que soit il y a un problème dans le personnel d'entretien, soit on ne leur laisse pas le temps de faire leur travail. Mais nous ne pouvons plus accepter çà vu le prix payé. Je pense que nous ne reviendrons plus. J'avais demandé dans le formulaire de satisfaction d'être contacté pour en parler (en tant que client régulier) mais aucune nouvelle depuis 1 mois. Peut-être aurais-je une réaction par ce canal.

Maisons vieillissantes mais surtout sales. C'est notre 3eme séjour et là, vaisselle et placards sales, sèche serviettes HS, frigo sale qui ne ferme pas, chaises et table extérieures sales++++++, cendrier plein de mégots etc. Inadmissible vu le prix. Chiens en liberté qui font leurs besoins que personne ne ramasse.... Mais à la réception on nous dit que ce n'est pas de leur faute...... Stationnement n'importe comment.... On n'y retournera pas
