From the very first day I stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in the wrong place, the staff attitude was terrible, hospitality terrible, in fact our rooms were mopped only once through out the 1 week we stayed, the cleaning trolley is stationed at the passage with ridiculously dirty water.*I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN* RUBBISH!!!!

Room Structure, General Services and hotel structure are not worth the rates charged and the excuse their sales lead gave me for the dysfunctional system was ‘that hotel has been in existence for over 10yrs’. This was complete waste of my 4days and money. NEVER will I allow anyone I know go there!
