Very spacious apartment! We lived on the top floor. The windows offer a stunning view of the ocean. Air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room. In the second room there is a fan. Hot water, good pressure. Clean towels and bed linen. The room was cleaned with washing the floors, as it felt like they were even a little slippery. Guarded parking, including the possibility of leaving the car in a shelter, which is especially important during a cyclone. There are cafes and shops downstairs. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. At first there were concerns that there would be difficulties with check-in, since the time is indicated from 14:00 to 17:00 (2 p.m. - 5 p.m.) and the website says that there is no 24-hour reception, and we arrived at 20:00, but the security guard helped us and showed us to our apartment. Reviews about this hotel are only the best. Nice comfortable apartment, with kitchen and bedroom with two air conditioners, close to the beach and supermarkets. The building has its own restaurant and currency exchange. We are aware of other reviews about this hotel, but we were given the best recently renovated room, on the 3rd floor of this hotel, overlooking the sea and we were very pleased with our stay. We have been to other beaches on the island of Mauritius, but the beach near this hotel seemed better to us, since it is less crowded and you can walk a little further to the beach to the hotels, where it is generally free. There is a taxi stand on the beach. If you follow the road to the left, there is a large supermarket with European goods, local drinks and souvenirs, from which there is a path directly to the beach itself. We also thank the service staff for timely cleaning of the room.

We are currently staying at these apartments on a 18 night stay and have to say that we are very, very happy with our accomodation. The apartment itself ( room16) is very spacious and has every facility you could wish for. The balcony in particular is wonderful with a sea view and adequate furnishing for sitting outside and relaxing. The room has a comfortable bed and a large fridge, a decent bathroom with a hairdryer and also cooking facilities should you want to cook something for breakfast. There is also a pool on the premises with nice comfortable sun beds all included in the price. The room is also serviced and the towels are changed etc. The sister property, the Parmiste Hotel is virtually next door and you can use their facilities but obviously purchasing food or drinks while visiting would be a nice thing to do in return for being allowed access. So in summary, our apartment/ room ticked all the boxes for us, there is also a wonderful security man on the main entrance gate who does a fantastic job of liasing with guests and assisting with any questions. If you are in two minds what to do i can recommend booking this property and it really is very good value for money.

Was move in two different rooms and awful! No words to express. We didnt go for breakfast. Seems it was an upgrade from the Le Palmiste Hôtel. They refused to refund the stay. We were there only for 1 night for bed and breakfast attending a conference somewhere else.
