Gateway Hotel & Apartments

Friendly staff but room purchased was not what was provided initially. Then fridge and hot water did not work, A/C had only two settings, freezing cold or dry hot. The apartment was pretty decent but noisy neighbours upstairs.

I really enjoyed, the atmosphere was great. Workers there are quick and reliable to serve and provide best food buffet and we brothers were enjoyed the meal well and setisfied. Thank you Gateway buffet team and hope will meet again next time.

Waited a long time to be checked in. And the towels were issued at 6pm which is very disappointing. I had to front up at the reception several times to request that towels be delivered to our room which the reception and house keeping and reception totally ignored until I was very mad and expressed my disappointment, that is when the receptionionist instead of the room service delivered to my room.

Easy access from the airport. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help us. The one thing to take note is that the wall of the room is thin and we could hear noises from the corridor or the sound of opening the door of the nearby rooms.

It was great!

The service at Gateway Hotel was excellent. The room was clean, the amenities were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, being close to the airport, which made our stay even easier. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I would gladly recommend to others.

Free airport shuttle. Comfortable and clean room. Good breakfasts

I enjoyed my stay at Gateway hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers such as myself.

Excellent for business and leisure. Secured, clean, nice food, good housekeeping and hospitality of all their employees.
