Not the best experience. Room was not the cleanist i have stayed in. Curtain would not close (broken and frayed materiel). Informed the desk and they said they would send someone to repair but they never did during the 2 days before i checked out. Room looked very used with sopts on the couch. Also check in was lengthy even though i did the precheck. Front dest had no idea with the costs i prebooked through ******* were. Right now there is still an extra $130 on my card that has not been removed?? Will probably have to dispute with AMX.

I know that the facility was about to go through renovations but that said, the tub didn’t drain, th smell though out was one of dank and mold. The room was never restocked between nights. I didn’t have the time to voice my concerns to the desk although other guest had complained as I was leaving.

The property staff was extremely accommodating they were understanding of my situation and a complete pleasure to work with. Even though the property is a bit older my stay was enjoyable

People working there were very nice and friendly. Got a nice room with a table in it too. Got to use the hot tub in the morning.

Our room had to be change twice due to serious odor and issues with plumbing in the bathroom . The floors in each room we had felt slimy dirty . The incredible noise level of road all day and night . The restaurant on the premise was.very good . Food was good service was excellent . The pool area was nice the hot tub was out of service and a hole of dirty water . I will never stay here again . To get any kind of compensation was difficult got a 56.00 off a 700 stay in a slum hotel .

The hotel is undergoing much needed renovations. The staff is accommodating and helpful. They make the experience so much more positive.

The bed was broken, toilet was broken, people loud out at pool outside my window, Did not get any sleep
