Really great, I highly recommend.
Very nice, we extended by 7 days.
We had a luxury room #12 with a view of the pool, the lagoon terrace with chairs and tables sheltered from the rain, air conditioning, basic cooking accessories, large shower etc ...
The owner Andrew and his son Daniel as well as the supervisor Annie accommodated us a lot in all as well as the many employees.
The food is excellent at the bar and the prices affordable for all.
The pool is warm and clean, various tours are available with pick-up directly at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Retreat Seaside. The owners were so polite and accommodating. Helping me to navigate easily around Port Vila (less than a 20 minute walk into town), and came to my rescue when all flights back home got cancelled. Cannot thank them enough for such amazing hospitality. The rooms are gorgeous and have some incredible views. Food is yummy, convenient and well-priced. Will definitely be back here to stay when next in Vanuatu.

Situated within a short and enjoyable walk from the busy centre, retreat seaside is nestled just above the lagoon with stunning views and plentiful amenities. Across the street is a fruit market and local park where you can pick up fresh produce and enjoy being a part of local life. Dan is definitely the “host with the most”, full of knowledge and advice to make your stay on the island enjoyable from every aspect. The property is well maintained and managed with something to get involved in almost every evening. Can’t recommend this accommodation and restaurant enough! Felt like home away from home and can’t wait to come back! Great job to everyone involved here for creating such a unique place in paradise.

Stayed in the budget rooms en route to Tanna for a students' project. The view over the lagoon is lovely and the location is convenient to walk to Nambatu, Nambawan, Cultural Centre, various nakamals, Australian High Commission. The staff bent over backwards to facilitate a set of online meetings I needed to attend through their public-space wifi, which is strong and reliable (upgraded during our stay). The wifi is advertised as available in public areas and that is true, but some rooms have OK signal and other have at least weak signal. There is a nice pool in well-maintained grounds.
