This hotel is well known in Porter Town but not worth the price. The hotel room was very shabby. The hotel does not have slippers and refrigerators. There is some trembling smell, and the air may not be circulated. There are no air conditioners or refrigerators in the entire hotel. The staff said she could turn off the heating for me. I thought it was ridiculous because there was only one heating board in the room. How could she turn off the heating? Finally, she asked me to open the window. Because I live on the underground floor, I am also afraid of mosquitoes when I open the windows, so I can only endure it. Unexpectedly, when I was taking a shower, I found that the shower gel and hair washing water had also been used up without being replenished. Disappointed with hotel service and management.

Regularly attend for Sunday lunch menu. Fantastic food as always. Will be back in the very near future for a Christmas meal and I'm sure many more Sunday Lunch's. Food is hot and extremely tasty, service is prompt and value for money is great for a family of 4.

I see that the hotel has two trip advisor pages and I’ve already written a review on the other page. I tried to buy a voucher for my elderly parents for their wedding anniversary. I live 400 miles from the seagoe(my parents live 4 miles from it). I asked a receptionist if they could post out a voucher to my parents ( I offered to pay postage ) I was told that on no circumstances could the hotel do this. For context my niece had her wedding here in May and my parents visit regularly. Due to the unhelpful nature of the hotel, we won’t be returning. I contacted the Bannville hotel and they were more than accommodating to my needs.

I am reviewing the Lobby restaurant only.Went today 4/10/24.The service was friendly and timely HOWEVER the scones were POOR....hard and definitely NOT TODAYS.SconesMUST be baked on day of sale.This is a pity because we like this coffee dock but after spending £34.00 on scones and coffee I cant see us repeating the exercise.

Always stay here when we visit Portadown. Spotless clean and very friendly staff. Room was well equipped and breakfast was just fabulous. Only downside would be the atmosphere in the balcony bar. People bring thrown out and not a nice place to enjoy a late night drink.

Found this hotel last minute and it was fantastic. The room was superb with a lovely bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional, both in the restaurant and again at breakfast. Especially Mandy in the morning. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommended. Five stars all round.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on a Wednesday evening. The hotel has recently refurbished the restaurant and I have to say…. It’s fabulous! My husband and I had the bang bang chicken to start. So tasty. We both had fillet steak next which came with pepper sauce, onion rings, triple cooked chips and a small amount of salad leaves. This was quite possibly the best steak I’ve ever had. So juicy and a chargrilled taste. We will definitely be back!

Booked for a family get together in the function room. Plenty of space. Despite reviews, food and service were 5* Extremely attentive, food arrived quickly. Kids meals first which was brilliant. Staff erre very nice and polite, cannot fault.
