Baymont by Wyndham Portage Indiana Dunes

Facility old and in disrepair. Specifically bathroom floor tiles were loose and caulking throughout was poorly done. Coffee grounds still in maker. Mattress pad was dirty.

Hot water ran out at 9am. The hotel was full but still no excuse to not be equipped to handle the capacity.

This was my favorite 2nd time staying there. Both of my rooms were very clean. There weren't any issues. I enjoyed their breakfast as well. I'll be staying here more often.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. No water pressure to wash shampoo out of hair. Paid for upgraded room but remote had no sleep timer and wouldn't allow you to use fire stick .

Overall really poor stay. I’m not super picky, I stay in a different hotel a night for 6 weeks at a time, 3 times a year. All I really hope for is a clean room. The room hardly looked vacuumed, there was food and garbage all over the floor. There were multiple cop cars outside when I showed up. There were extremely loud guests in the next room over to mine that, no exaggeration, were yelling and throwing things around from 3am until we left at 8am because we just couldn’t sleep at all. Called the front desk and nothing was done about it. It literally kept my entire room awake for hours. Not to mention the situation seemed hostile, so it just didn’t feel safe to be around and it didn’t seem that the hotel cared about the safety of the people in that room either. The staff were kind and the bed was comfy, but every other part of my stay was extremely sub par. I just would not recommend it.

The room was missing something’s two big towels. My keys wouldn’t work everytime I came to the room I had to swipe the key like more than 5 times to open the door and they changed my key like 3 times staff was irritated I had to change keys

Was very dissapointed stayed last night went to go into the room at first looked clean till i found old french fries in the ac/heater i found trash and shot glasses around my room hair in the shower went to complain and was told since i booked through ******* there was nothing i could do and couldnt be moved rooms either there was mold starting to grow on the night stand as well

VERY comfortable bed and pillows! Clean, Good shampoo and conditioner and nice breakfast with biscuits and gravy on it. Pool looked nice but I didnt go in.

It was decent stay. I didn’t get the breakfast because we were gone during that time.
