The only issue was the housekeeping service wasn't great... the bed was made very well, but the towels weren't changed, or if they were, they were already dirty. The bathrobe was dirty from the first night (brown stains). Unfortunately, the vacuuming wasn't done. Otherwise, the location is perfect. Thanks for the stay!"

"This hotel needs to check in at 15:30. When you check in, there will be a wave of sales promotion, asking you to upgrade the room type, and then saying that it only costs 99 euros now, and then add taxes, and finally it becomes an extra 110 euros. I don't feel comfortable recommending it. And the attitude of the front desk seems to be very good, but it's a bit fake. The room is still OK, it's a side sea view room. Then there is the elevator. Although there are three, they are not available. Then the hotel is on a slope, parking space is limited, it is difficult to park, and the parking fee for one night is not cheap. The room toiletries are ceramic jars, placed on a very small platform, but when you take a shower, you need to squeeze, causing the shower gel jar to fall to the ground. The breakfast is a la carte, although it tastes good, it's a bit oily. The toast is fried in olive oil, so it's very oily. The beach at the door was flooded at night on the first night, and the beach was in a terrible state the next day, but it was actually very beautiful when you checked in during the day. But the hotel room is still good, and it looks OK."

Everyone at the hotel were warm and welcoming - thank you. But a special thanks to Alejandra, the wonderful Guest Experience Manager, who made my stay even more special! Thank you Alejandra. I look forward to seeing all again soon!"
