Expensive and middle of nowhere
Really expensive comparing to quality. They try to rip you off. Location suckd. There is absolutely no proper restaurants close.

Great property and owner. Need a car to get around or use taxis. Great location if you want to visit Modena, Parma and Bologna but dont want to stay in the center of any of them. Close to Ferrari, Lamborghini, all sites.
