The house has on the ground floor a living room equipped with two 2-seater sofa beds and a flat-screen TV with DVD player, a dining area for 6 people, as well as a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, Senseo, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, freezer, dishes, glasses, cutlery and quality pots and pans for 6 people). Plenty of storage, air conditioning, separate WC and bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two independent bedrooms, one with a large double bed and the other with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed. Very efficient storage and fans in both bedrooms. The staircase is protected by a security barrier. The residence has two large swimming pools with paddling pools and children's games, one with slides and water games, a volleyball court, a mini-golf course, a pétanque court, children's play areas . Internet and Wifi throughout the house. The terrace is equipped with a table for 10 people, a barbecue and sunbathing. Garden furniture. Private parking in the garden. Possibility to sleep up to 8 people. Bakery, shops, restaurant, ice-cream parlor at 200m. The 7km long, gently sloping sandy beach, well suited for children, is 500m away. The Canal du Midi, its promenade and its cycle path are 1km away. The surrounding marshes offer beautiful walks (on foot or by bicycle) allowing you to discover exceptional flora and fauna (Flamingos, herons, samphire ...) and very beautiful sunsets. Béziers and Agde train stations, as well as Béziers airport are nearby.
