Cascada Thermal Springs & Hotel

Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools.

Room was spacious, clean, and looked nice. The hotel is near a ton of great food and coffee spots. Overall, experience was great. You will need to pay extra to use any of the spa, pools, or sauna. There is a nearby parking available for an extra charge too, but it was very convenient to have that close by.

Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.

The rooms were small but extremely well put together and modern. The Spa was SUBLIME!

Loved everything about Cascada. The staff was great, everything was very clean in the room and the spa was excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious. The spa itself is incredible, and I especially loved that it wasn't crowded. The quiet policy in the sauna and jacuzzi area on the lower level makes it so peaceful and really allows you to fully unwind. It's such a pleasant place that I would come back anytime. I also loved that the room had a washer and dryer, and even a dishwasher, such a nice touch. The only downside is that there is no parking, so you have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which can be quite busy (I feel a little bad for the residents!). Definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for a stay-cation and the whole atmosphere is amazing. The lighting is relaxed and the vibe is excellent. The staff is very accommodating and will be sure to answer any questions you have. The sauna, steamroom, cold plunge pool, hot tubs, mineral pools are all on point. There's flip-flops and robes ready in your room, and laundry also

Cannot recommend it enough! Whether by yourself or with the group you will enjoy this. Such a great area, totally walkable, lots of restaurants and nightlife! It is a must do!
