Unicorn Inn by OYO Portland

It was great being so close to the airport, but since I arrived late at night, the sign wasn't clearly visible, making it a bit hard to find

Good enough considering how expensive everything is these days. Very basic. Clean enough. No luxuries, but a good bed.

Put me on the Do Not Rent List yet when I booked with them, unknowingly about me being on that list, they still charged me then when I went to check in, they refused me. But what bothers me to my core is why zero employees there will tell me the reasoning for being on that list. I stayed with this hotel for 4 days in May and it’s obviously not spectacular but I was comfortable and the employees were extremely kind. You get what you pay for. So, yeah I haven’t the slightest idea why I’m on that list! Kinda bummed out about it too because like I said, I enjoyed my time there. Still trying for the refund since I was never checked in and left property ASAP after being told I was actually on the Don Not Rent List! Crazy

The staff is amazing! It's worth staying here just for there kindness alone. Great hospitality. Dawn, Glenn, John, Michael and Ken! All great staff! Room is clean and there's a lot of food options nearby and access to public transportation.

The hotel wasn’t real impressive at first look but the staff was so friendly & professional. When we stepped into the hallway, we were a little nervous but as soon as we opened the room door, it was updated & very clean. I’d recommend you provide some coffee, either in the rooms or in the office.

This is a bare bones facility, but the price reflects that. No coffee or ice is available, the place is run down but fairly clean. The staff are helpful and it's conveniently located close to the airport and Providence Health Center. If you like Asian food, there many options close by.

Will never stay here again wouldn't waste my money booking anything from the unicorn inn Portland a joke of a motel

The staff, Glen,Dawn, and Michael were very nice and helpful. The room was okay, no amenities. The area around the hotel was a little sketchy. The hotel is an old building that had squeaky floors and you could hear your neighbors.

The room was clean. The tv worked. The furniture and towels were very worn. No shampoo, lotion, facial tissue etc. Super basic.
