Comfort Suites Portland Airport

We fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck. We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes. If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

Very clean. Spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location. Good value. Highly recommend.

Room smelled musty and stale. Property definitely needs to be upgraded. Neighborhood was questionable.

Extremely clean hotel with an amazing view. Would definitely stay there again. Very convenient to everything in the town. Easy to walk to dinner.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOSPITALITY WAS GREAT; THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE, WAS THE OTHER GUESTS, PARTICULARLY AT BREAKFAST....WEIRD, LOUD, OVER-OPINIONATED PEOPLE.. I'D SAY THAT IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT ABOUT THE BREAKFAST HERE, THEN THIS PLACE IS WHAT IT IS! NOT BAD AT ALL!...THX

The pillows were very comfortable to me. I liked that there was a shelf for towels so there was room to hang used ones on the rods. Also appreciated having tissue paper in the room and a coffee maker even thought there was coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were very respectful - they called a second person rather than making you wait.

The beds are surprisingly great! As is the no-hassle parking. I'm not a fan of the breakfast though.

The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. The free breakfast had two waffle makers plus biscuit and gravy along with eggs and bacon. The rush hour traffic can back up on the streets. Take/turn a block ahead and drive into the parking lot of Sideline restaurant and go round the parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. I would give 5 stars if the water pressure of the shower was a little stronger.
