Overall , the facility is clean and the staff friendly I have issues 2 issues. First..as a female solo traveler, I am always concerned about safety. In this case, my room key didn’t work so I went to the front desk and told them. I had never seen that clerk. I said my key didn’t work and he said “room #” and he fixed it. No checks of anything. Didn’t ask my name…didn’t verify my room. The other issue is the smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room from the “designated smoking area” right outside the hotel entrance and directly below my room. Window air conditioner pulled the smoke right in.

Great stay! Room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely going to stay again in the future.

They were resonance in the price. The hot tub was broken. The breakfast was mediocre The room smelled It was cleaned but smelled funny.

This was a fantastic place. It didnt matter that we checked in at 9:30 pm; the staff were great! Fresh breakfast and plenty of things to do at the hotel. I only wish ibhad more time to stay there.

having breakfast in the morning is the bare minimum I want in my hotels and this one went above and beyond providing scrambled eggs and sausage links. some of my favorites

Property was decent but not the best. Our mattress seemed to be in rough shape. My husband mentioned he may have been a victim of bedbugs, me sleeping a few inches from him didn’t seems to experience the same situation. Lobby breakfast was really good. Definitely houses an amazing cook.

We booked this hotel for it being close to the venue and it had a pool. We got there found out the pool was broken and the staff weren't very helpful.

Housekeeping was poor. While checking in there was a customer who said they didn’t have any towels. The next evening it was me at the front desk because we had left dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom to be replaced. Cleaning staff had not even entered the room. Beds had not been made and garbage cans and had not been emptied.
