The room was the largest, but the bed wasn't comfortable; the mattress should have been replaced. We stayed on the 8th floor, which was a bit noisy, probably because it was close to the central air conditioning unit, but still acceptable. Those with sleep problems would recommend staying on a floor below the 6th. The breakfast was great, but the service took too long—more than 20 minutes. The valet parking attendant helped with our luggage and provided excellent service. The hotel is very close to Pioneer Square. There are many homeless people in every block of Portland, but they are generally friendly; however, the streets smelled strongly of urine.

A hotel with a very poor experience. First of all, I have great doubts about the four stars given by Ctrip. The slippers did not say that they were used up. There was no water in the hot water faucet of the basin. The shower room was as small as a pigeon cage. There was an unpleasant smell when entering the door. The smell was even more shameful when I went to the hotel's designated restaurant for breakfast the next morning and was told that the kitchen equipment was broken and breakfast would not be provided. The tone was not apologetic at all, as if it was natural. I originally planned to stay in the hotel for two days but decided immediately. I changed hotels the next day. This type of hotel has the most three-star hotels in China. The service and facilities are very poor. I hope Ctrip will improve the quality control of hotels in the future and not just listen to what the agents say.
