Good service, super fast valet, breakfast is also good. The shower door didn't close completely and the shower is a bit tight, but for the price per night it's fair.

The hotel is located in the city center, so the city center is very dangerous and ugly. My room smelled of cigarette smoke, much smaller than in the photos, the reception staff were all very nice, the maids were extremely rude and in a never-ending rush. I wouldn't stay there again.

The service was excellent, the coffee was delicious, complete, and items were replenished quickly. The hotel could have provided disposable cups with lids so that latecomers like me could grab a coffee and leave. However, there were plastic cups available. The snack that the hotel recommends for ordering is really delicious, but it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive and it is two blocks away. The pillows could have been better.

Hotel with good service and well located, the hotel facilities are old and have some details that need to be resolved (for example, the toilet in the room I stayed in was loose).

Good service, good location. The rooms are also good with lots of mirrors, the breakfast is ok. The only caveat would be in relation to the bathroom stall, very close by, the water heats up but you need to wait a few minutes, there is hot water in the tap too.

Good hotel, but small space for coffee, good air, good shower.

I missed a chair/armchair to sit on. Having only the bed to sit on is bad. I asked reception for a chair, which was provided, but the legs were uneven. I suggest keeping a chair and a small table base so we can do some activities with a laptop. Better accommodation.

I made the reservation with online payment through the Trip app. When I arrived at the hotel, they charged me again. Even though I had informed them about the prepayment. So, I am not sure if it was Trip's fault or the hotel's. Regardless, I do not recommend either service. Both failed and, so far, the customer has been at a loss. I will go back to other hotel booking apps, where this has never happened to me, and I recommend it to everyone.
