The room is comfortable (Ap. 1008), but they could put some more cabins, we also missed cabinets. WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is honest, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!

The bar official Vilson was exceptional and made one of the best caprices we have ever taken! Raiana was excellent at the reception, showing sympathy and proactivity. Very nice hotel with pool. Has an ok restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre, but price for the stay was excellent. Room service was perfect and punctual.
