Thomas Ammirata on the reception desk was particularly helpful and a pleasant young man. He assisted us in organising a day trip and extended our room for us. He was very friendly and helpful. The hotel overall was fine, a little basic and very far from the town.

The worst hotel I have ever been to my third time in Sardinia this is the worse place I’ve seen I give it half star I enjoyed Sardinia but hotel and staff were really horrible they don’t respect the guests they don’t have room service the rooms were very small The bed was painful for the back no blankets the pillows were old and smelly it was a bad experience but Sardinia is one of the most beautiful places

Gelato for breakfast. The really good kind. Wow pastries also for breakfast. And “caffè normale”which anyone can ask waiters instead of getting from a machine which makes ok coffee. And the omelettes? Extremely nice guys making omelette as you want, white only with cheese if one wants. Comfy and silent rooms. By a gorgeous beach. There is even a small and ok fitness room.

Fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Porto Cervo - service was excellent from front desk, pool and restaurant. Facilities are clean and location peaceful and serene. Would recommend hiring a car to explore in hotter months as terrain means walking to Marina and shops are difficult in the heat and for older guests. Would definitely visit again.

A perfect stay at the Grand Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the attentive and very helpful staff made our experience memorable. We enjoyed the comfort and tranquillity of the hotel. The restaurant has an exceptional chef, we were surprised by the quality and it was a delight. Highly recommended without hesitation!

We have just returned from a lovely restful week at the grand hotel Porto cervo. Breakfast fine.pool bar attendance first class. Rooms tired but spotless and clean. We had a lovely time and the staff were all helpful and made our stay even better. I would recommend a car as to see the best of Sardinia and the local restaurants it is quite a way out of Porto cervo. But the walk is pleasant. We were considering changing hotel prior to arrival. Reading numerous negative reviews. So glad we did not a peaceful calm clean hotel with a vista that is amazing across the Mediterranean. Thank you grand hotel.
