In Porto de Galinhas, most people don't speak English at all. Kembali Hotel has quite a few front desk staff who speak English well and are very friendly and will accommodate all your requests.
I especially recommend the room service, it's delicious and reasonably priced.
If I visit this area again, I'll choose Kembali.

Hotel is located next to Porto de Galinhas, the structure is very good, close to the sea and the food is very good. The room I was given was a room intended for people in wheelchairs, when I took a shower the bathroom was always very flooded. My positive evaluation of the hotel is not only due to the hotel's location and the excellent quality food in the restaurant, but especially the receptionist at my check in who balanced the room problem in advance by offering two complimentary lunches during my stay.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach. Great breakfast. Nice service around the pool and on the beach. Enough space for all guests. A tip for improvement: get more comfortable beds

Meh. many small issues add up to an overall average rating. Overpriced. Feels like a pig with lipstick. Dialing up a motel to try and become a boutique hotel. Sorry it falls flat.

The room was not the one shown in the pic on the website.
The toilette was small. The sink didn't have hot water.
