Pessima accoglienza abbiamo aspettato più di un ora per il check in, non trovavano la prenotazione ed abbiamo dovuto esibire la nostra mail di conferma. Musica ad alto volume dalle 15,30 in piscina,

L'hôtel ne peut-être considéré comme un 4 étoiles mais 2 tout au plus. Tout est vieillot. Petit-déjeuner avec un choix très limité. Pas de Wi-Fi pour les chambres en bout de couloir. Le seul avantage est le parking gratuit et le personnel très sympathique.....

1* is overrating for this place. Upon arrival-no water. Wi-Fi non-existent. Cleanliness- good luck with that - mouldy bathroom, the shower box is not meant for people but for dolly-toy. The restaurant service is horrendous, the food sub-par. Kids screaming and fooling around. On top of everything it’s located behind a gas station, literally a couple meters away. Stay away from this dungeon.

The staff didn't know English, not even the restaurant waiters or the resp. there was bad moisture damage in the room, water from the ceiling came through, and the shower was moldy. Otherwise, the maintenance of the entire property has been neglected for probably the last 10 years. The food in the restaurant was in no way worth the price. And thers no parking option without a good luck. Henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, edes ravintolan tarjoilijat tai respa. huoneessa oli paha kosteusvahinko, katosta tullut vesi läpi, sekä suihku oli homeessa. Muutenkin koko kiinteistön kunnossapito on jäänyt hoitamatta varmaan viimeisen 10vuoden ajalta. Ruoka ravintolassa ei millään tavalla vastannut siitä maksettavaa hintaa. Lisäksi alueella ei ole pysäköintimahdollisuutta, ilman hyvää tuuria.

Mistakes were maden
The staff's language skills were at a really poor level, however, the hotel was also advertised to international customers.
The quality of the food in the restaurant was moderate, but it did not match the price/quality ratio of the rest of Sicily.
The hotel's free parking depends on luck, in our case the car was parked in the middle of an abandoned industrial plot.
I see a complete lack of maintenance as the biggest factor that worsens comfort. In fact, in any destination you looked at, something was broken or unmaintained. The actual greatest joy was not caused by the sanitary water leak in the ceiling of the room's shower
