From the moment we arrived the front desk staff were so attentive. They gave us a up grade room on the 7th floor that was just amazing this hotel is so relaxing and everything you need is in the room one of the best city hotels we have stayed in. Food and drinks very good to not expensive for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was fantastic! Breakfast was great, good selection and option to order off the menu. We used the spa facilities twice over our 4 day stay and loved it. I got a facial which was excellent, although note that treatments are pricey. Overall would highly

Fantastic central location - couldn't have asked for better. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were brilliant - friendly faces and efficient with everything we asked for. What really makes this place special though is the building itself. It's stunning with gorgeous architectural details. The interior design is elegant without being stuffy. All in all, a real gem that ticks all the boxes for comfort, service and style.

Highly recommended. The location is close to the attractions. The front desk was very helpful in planning the itinerary. The room was clean and comfortable. There are good cafes near the hotel. I stayed for two nights. The room faced the inner garden. It was very quiet. I slept well

The food in the hotel's bar is very good. The room is not very big, but the view and overall facilities are okay. It is between 4 and 5 stars. The only problem was that they forgot to clean our room, even though we didn't go out in the afternoon, they still forgot after reminding the hotel that it could be cleaned. Breakfast is relatively excellent. You cannot hail a taxi at the hotel entrance, but you can walk 2 minutes to the alley entrance to hail a taxi.

Very satisfied. It is not easy to achieve complete facilities in the renovation of historical buildings.
