The room was large and comfortable, and the location was central. The cleanliness was good. The only downside, which wasn't the property's fault, was the external noise due to renovation work on the neighboring buildings.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable, recommended for a short stay. The downsides are that it doesn't have an elevator and there's almost never anyone at reception if you need anything.

This place isn't bad for students or backpackers visiting Porto. The facilities could use some improvement, but the location is excellent.

The instructions for entry were sent clearly and ahead of time. Info about parking was sent as well. I didn’t get to see the staff as I arrived late and left before their time of entry.

The location of this place is excellent — it’s super convenient to walk to all the main attractions. The only downside is that it’s probably more suitable for backpackers. If you’re carrying big luggage, those endless spiral stairs might make you question your life choices 😅. Luckily, the staff were there when I checked in and out, and they kindly helped me with my bags. Really appreciated that!

The hotel's advertised information differed greatly from reality. Check-in was only available from 10 AM to 6 PM, with no one available afterward, contrary to the booking information that check-in started at 4 PM and ended at midnight. The biggest problem with this guesthouse was the stairs. The wooden steps were old and sloping, making it dangerous for older people to go up and down. Therefore, we didn't stay overnight and urgently booked another hotel, increasing our travel expenses and causing us considerable inconvenience. Dragging our heavy luggage in the rain that night, soaking wet and cold, searching for accommodation was a truly terrible experience.

It's very well located, next to the train station, the room had a large bed and a mirror. It looked clean.

It's well located. There are many tourist attractions nearby. The standard room is very small. Just enough room to move around and leave suitcases on the floor. There's no furniture other than the bed and nightstands. You can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms. If you arrive for the first time after 4 pm, there's no one at reception... But don't despair: they leave your key on the counter, but the only problem is that you have to wait outside for a guest to arrive before you can get in. Another important detail is that there is NO elevator, and since it's an old building, the stairs to each floor cost two! There are no rooms on the ground floor.
