Chic & Basic Gravity

Our family reserved 3 rooms and arrived on a very early flight . Jose was kind enough to get 1 of our rooms ready within an hour so we could at least wash up, rest for a bit, and refresh before going out for the day. He continued to take care of us throughout our stay with anything we needed, while being extremely kind and personal. He is an excellent representative of the quality and care the hotel offers. We also liked the ambiance of the hotel. It was nicely lit and decorated in a fun, eclectic, and relaxing fashion. Our room rate included the breakfast which was an amazing spread with much variety, highly recommend. Location was central, easy walking distance everywhere. Small disappointment was lack of gym. I know we walk around alot but it would’ve nice to have the option as my husband and son like to exercise quite a bit. In addition, the TV lounge room which can be nice for teenagers/kids to use while waiting for our rooms to be ready was rather plain in terms of interior design, just gray concrete walls, as opposed to the interesting and colorful designs of the rest of the hotel. This is just an observation, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back again.

This hotel was a great choice for us! The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating.Down to the detail of bringing sparkling wine and raisins to our room on New Year’s eve.The room was very basic but at the same time met all of our needs. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet in-spite of being close to the elevators.Definitely will recommend as per the location was excellent as well.

Service was great, nice bar and restaurant. Excellent location. Picture made it seem like we have more balcony space than we actually had but other than that a great experience!

Chic hotel, awesome deco and amenities. Walking distance to centre, well connected with airport and tren station. Friendly and helpful staff. Free merienda and welcome drink. Nice prices and food. Couple of bars and restaurants right outside, but quiet inside (soundproof). Recommend you to book a room with balcony :) Highly recommended.

Great hotel, within walking distance to metro (trinidade) and city centre. Hotel has a fantastic deco, friendly staff and some rooms have a cute little balcony. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing. We travelled in the off-season so there was a lot of availability and we were offered an upgrade free of charge. Also you are greeted with welcome glasses of port which is a nice touch. Overall the staff were all extremely happy to help out and accommodate guests. Also, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location.

Clean, modern & quirky boutique hotel. Loved the lobby ambiance and overall vibe. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Friendly, knowledgeable, & courteous staff. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast had a good variety. Also had a nice dinner at their restaurant, Valentina’s. Overall, our stay was an excellent value for what was provided. Highly recommend!
