Comfortable and warm room. I liked the offer of hygiene products and creams. They respected the request for the room location, away from elevators and noise, although you could hear everything from the hallway. It's a shame the hotel was full and only had double beds available.

I was charged for a parking service that was not indicated in my booking confirmation. When I asked the reception twice about parking the car, I was informed that it would only be necessary to validate the exit at checkout. I made it clear that I did not want any additional services beyond what was in the reservation. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely negative. The hotel detained me and my vehicle, and I was forced to call the police to allow me to leave with the car. I requested an invoice to be issued in order to formalize the complaint, as I do not agree with the charge for the service. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel reservation. I do not recommend this establishment, nor any other in the same chain, to anyone. This situation demonstrates a lack of professionalism and opportunism.

They were very attentive from early check-in to check-out and kindly explained tourist attractions for me who came alone!!! The facilities were clean and the room service hamburgers were delicious :)
