Really well designed and beautiful mosaics. Pool area is exceptionally planned and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. A few members spoke some English but with translation apps we made it work! Housekeeping was wonderful and ac kept us cool at night. We felt very safe there. Super close to town and to the beach. Highly recommend

Outdated, overpriced, wanna be American Hotel. The owners have never visited New Mexico. Cheap knock off of a hotel. The manager is degrading to his PREGNANT employee. the food is very good. Soeli is an excellent chef. The receptionists are not trained well. The manager could not oversee the french fry machine at McDonald’s.

Lugar excelente com gente de verdade! Excelente atendimento, quarto super limpo e cheiroso.. Local muito família onde pude compartilhar momentos excelentes com meu filho de 6 meses e esposa, próximo de tudo, ao lado de padaria (20 metros), pizzaria e mini mercado 24h e muito perto do centro histórico de Arraial! O destaque fica por conta do Gerente Vavá que foi espetacular conosco, sempre presente no café da manhã e muito atencioso além do seu time (David recepção, Luiza e Ju no café espetacular)! Perdão por não lembrar o nome dos demais! Enfim, lugar excelente para quem quer bom atendimento, tranquilidade, paz, harmonia e proximidade das principais atividades do centro histórico! A pousada é maravilhosa, desde os funcionários Vavá, Patrick, Murilo e os demais, todos atenciosos. A pousada é lindaaaa, bem localizada perto da Balsa de Arraial, Vans que passam na frente e que levam até Trancoso, Pitinga, centro de arraial, frente a praia só atravessar e terá um corredor que já sai na praia. A estrutura da pousada é ótima e bem rustica, o que a torna bonita. Área da piscina, jardim, os quartos são amplos com rede, e o café da manhã é fabuloso, com diversas opções de pães salgados, bolos, frutas, doces.

Pousada em condições razoáveis de manutenção, cama bem ruim e café da manhã apenas mediano.
A localização é muito boa, só atravessar e chegar na praia por um dos bares de praia em em frente. ( Sting, Canto da Alvorada ou Villa Zena).
Piscina bem legal.
Pelo valor da diaria está razoável, podiam dar um upgrade nos colchões e no café da manhã.
