First of all Lift wasn’t working. We had to ask for a hot water cattle and hair dryer and these should be in there anyway. Room and toilet are too small compare to Premier Inn.
Also We had to park our car a bit far away.

A good stay for the price. Breakfast is good value. Good rooms great beds, hot showers.

Excellent hotel service, very close to numerous supermarkets and fast food restaurants. About 1km from Fratton railway station. Room very clean, shower small but effective!

The bathroom could have been bit wider with shower options. A table with few amenities would have been better

Functional, clean, tidy, helpful staff. Location very close to football stadium. Close to other out of town shopping. Not pretty views, but wasn’t looking for a sea view. Room nice, only drawback is the en-suite facilities are a little open to the rest of the room so no privacy coming out of the shower.

Leaking tap with noise . We ask for help but the manager was not available. Tree days later he mailt us, and offert a 25% off by a next visit in Portsmouth. We answered that we are in the Ibis hotel in Brighton. And we would like to receive the breakfast here instead. And no answer came from the manager.

Room is same picture as on internet. We booked a triple room which is at the end of the corridor. Room is standard size, could have been cleaner. Can’t complain, it’s usually expensive around the area so it’s not too bas

Convienient location, friendly staff, good sized bedroom. Beds were amazingly comfortable and we didn’t want to leave! Late check out time was also very handy. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
