The house was generally as described in the listing and provided the space and amenities we expected for our stay. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was straightforward.That said, cleanliness could have been better upon arrival. While the property was not dirty enough to ruin our stay, it did not feel as thoroughly cleaned as we anticipated.The thermostat was set to 78F prior to our arrival. On a particularly hot day, it took several hours for the house to cool down to a comfortable temperature, so guests arriving during warmer weather may want to keep that in mind.Overall, the property matched the description, and we were happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this David and Shana’s rental in Portsmouth, Virginia. The home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect place for a family getaway or a trip with a group of friends. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming.The house featured three spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms that provided plenty of space and convenience for everyone in our group. The kitchen was a great size and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals, including cookware, dishes, and modern appliances.One of the things we appreciated most was that there were TVs in every room, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own entertainment. The home also had a comfortable and inviting living room, a fun game room that kept everyone entertained, and an outdoor entertainment area that was perfect for gathering, unwinding, and spending quality time together. We also had a washer and dryer and an iron board!! Our guest also loved the packed up towel and wash clothes so they could take it to the bathroom! Wonderful touch! Overall, this Vrbo exceeded our expectations. It offered the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and entertainment, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Portsmouth area. We would definitely stay here again!

The cleaning could have been a little more better just a lot of dust around. Also the house had a smell to it like moisture. The outside furniture needed to be clean as well. The master bedroom bed had a lean to it which cause you to roll into the middle of the bed. Most of the games was broke or missing pieces. But overall it was in a convenient location and we went to see family and friends so we didn’t spend much time in the home.

Very convenient! Quiet area, big fenced in back yard! My kids loved the game room. The location was perfectly central for our plans for the week! The kitchen floor had a little something sticky on the floor but I just wiped it up. Other than that it was super clean and way above what we hoped!! Thanks so much. We had an amazing time!

The host was amazing and communicated well. They thought of just about everything for our stay and the house was well maintained and comfortable. The games in the game room were a nice addition but need a little touch up as some things were missing or didn’t work. However, that did not take away from the stay. Large yard was great for the kids to play in. I would return for another trip if in area again.

Awesome house! My kids loved the game room for real!! The host was very awesome and responsive to any questions.

The host were great…I received detailed checkin/checkout instructions in a timely matter and the stay was clean, comfortable, nice size space. Games and fire pit were provided as well. I would definitely book again

We enjoyed our visit. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location as our daughter and son-in-law lived across the street. Thanks for the use of the house.

All of it stood out. Great communication with host, nice place, super amenities. Thank you again. Definitely would stay again. So sorry 2 year old ripped a game box.
