The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

Everything was perfect. The location of the hotel is amazing, check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The room was good and the bed and the couch were comfortable. Definitely going there again!

Lovely and friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. Sophia and Graham are lovely and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was great the usual Prem plus standard. Lots of local knowledge about where to go, what to do. Thank you

Good location. Room was a good size and clean. Reduced car parking in the multi storey which doesn't look the best but left our car there for 2 nights and had no issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I have never felt so seen, heard and cared for in a hotel before. All the staff working in this hotel deserve a raise. Not only were the rooms clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was delicious and the staff were so so pleasant. Thank you so much. Honestly you won't be disappointed staying here.

Ideally located for the station and just a 2 minute walk from the Guildhall. The rooms are a bit tired but perfectly fine when you just need a clean en-suite room for the night. Staff are welcoming and helpful

Very hot rooms with mold forming on the walls. With no AC and no option to open the windows or any vents. It made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. The carpets were stained and bathroom not well cleaned.

Our premier plus room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was excellent as we were seeing a show in the Guildhall, also only a 20 minute stroll to the seafront. Breakfast good value for money. Car park only a 2 minute walk from hotel.
