A great spot. Clean and modern accommodation. Very quiet at night and we all slept very well in the comfortable beds. Great shower room with toiletries provided. We all opted for the fry for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Town centre is around a 20 minute walk as are the East and West strands. There's a Lidl and large Spar garage close by and a chippy also. Would highly recommend this B&B. We will be returning in Summer.

Everything about this place is excellent. Modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious breakfast with a choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, pastries and a great cooked breakfast. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Town centre and beaches are a 20 minute walk.

Stayed for the first time last night and can highly recommend this accomodation ..just a 15 minute walk into town or there is a bus stop outside. Accomodation is spotless clean and comfortable...rooms have a coffee machine , fridge, lovely walk in shower and plenty of sockets. Breakfast was a great spread of both continental and a cooked to order hot breakfast. We will definitely come back

This place is great, the room we had was bigger and nicer than some 4 star hotels we've stayed in. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were great. It was very welcoming, but also very private. Plenty of parking, and only a 20 minute dander down to the centre. We'll definitely be staying there again.

Great b+b close to Portrush. Well appointed, spotlessly clean rooms with large beds and en suite bathroom. Our room had a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and was more like a 4 star hotel than a b+b. Good breakfast in morning too. Would stay again.

Brilliant place to stay. First class rooms and service, plus two of the best hosts I have ever met. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, Do yourself a favour and give this place a try. I promise you will not be disappointed. No doubt about it I will be back.

This b&b is a 10/10... Room was modern clean warm spacious and beautifully decorated, we stayed in room 11 which is almost like an apartment every facility you would require is available from a TV with netflix to a hairdryer large mirrors coffee machine and a mini fridge which had complimentary water and chilled glasses.. The choice of cereals, fruit, juice and cereals the next morning is plentiful and the menu for the hot breakfast leaves you spoilt for choice!! The owner is warm and friendly and a great host.. Not a single complaint and thanks for the lift to the train station it was much appreciated.. Will definitely be back

I was in a group of 4 adults. Our stay at All Seasons B&B was a great experience. The owner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed delicous choices for breakfast each morning. My room was a disability room and I cannot say enough about the disabilily shower. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would happily stay here again.
