One of the great advantages of the villa is that a car is not required. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk uphill from the celebrated chic boutiques, restaurants and bars of Positano. Fifteen minutes walk downhill takes the visitor to the main beach. Casa Leucosia (sleeps 4) has an entrance leading into the large living/dining room, which is furnished in a charming style with white-washed walls, terra cotta tiled floors, wooden table and chairs, comfortable sofa, air conditioning, WiFi, TV LCD and 2 French windows opening onto the balcony, which runs the length of the apartment and faces a truly picture-perfect view of the sea and Positano. The kitchen is cheerful, compact and efficient, with refrigerator, stove with 3 gas burners, oven and microwave oven. There is a separate powder room with washing machine. The upper level (10 steps) has 2 double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with en suite bathroom (both with shower). Another great advantage of Casa Leucosia: private stairs which, through the garden, lead directly to the beach in less than 5 minutes.
