Comfort Inn & Suites Post Falls - Coeur DAlene West ★★
"The room was spacious and clean, and it was a very comfortable stay"
Hyatt Place Post Falls/coeur D'alene ★★★
"This is a fantastic hotel. It opened in December. We stayed here prior to flying out of Spokane on our way to Nashville for a convention at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel (which charges several hundred dollars per nights stay) The Hyatt hotel in Post Falls was MUCH nicer, cleaner and WAY more affordable than the higher priced hotel in Nashville! Very friendly staff. Breakfast is not included with the stay but is also more affordable at $11 per person than the Opryland Hotel at $36 per person!! The closest airport is about 2 hours away from us so we will definitely plan to stay here again prior to flying out of Spokane International. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
Red Lion Inn & Suites Post Falls ★★
"My stay was not the best from day one as I discovered the metal frame around the window was broken & was allowing the outside air in and was not very safe. I also discovered a very sticky substance on the floor. I had the front desk clerk Jennifer come to my room and she was very apologetic and took photos. She was unsure if there was another room on the first floor available & I never heard back from her. I placed a hand towel on the unknown substance & due to smoke moving in making the air quality an extreme hazard I used tap from first aid kit to close the gaps on the window. I also had to clean the AC filters and the actual unit as it was filthy which provided unsafe airflow. The management felt it necessary to leave a side door open and allowed the unhealthy air into the first floor hallway so I then used a towel at the door to keep that smoke out. My room was never cleaned while there and when asked about it the front desk & manager had no answer for it not being cleaned. The grounds were not clean and not safe to walk around with pets or children. The carpet in the first floor hallway was filthy with unknown stains, bleach marks & the carpet had ripples in it so it is unsafe for walking on. The manager who checked me in did not disclose the pet fee & therefore I could only go by what was on the booking with Trip.com which is $15.00 per pet per night. Well that is not the case, they charged me $20.00 per pet per night. When I asked Jennifer about it she said that is our pet fee. When I attempted to resolve the situation with Trip.com the hotel refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their hotel and the condition of it. Instead they said that my booking was "non-refundable" and as I worked with Trip.com for 5 days they have to stand behind the hotel's decision. I provided the policy from Trip.com and yet was told it is not up to them. Unfortunately this particular hotel only allows customers to book via a booking site or through Sonesta who owns the name Red Lion ... but please understand that this hotel is independently owned and operated. Therefore they do not provide their fax number or email address to be able to resolve any issues. They will tell every booking site "no" on any refund request. Please read all reviews and save yourself the headache of not booking this hotel!"

"Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed the early breakfast. Thank you for allowing our little dogs to stay with us."
Quality Inn ★★
Red Lion Hotel Templin's on the River ★★★
"The location is great. With the marina being right there with a cute little beach. It was very clean and fun for families to enjoy. The hotel itself was average. There was no fan in the bathroom and no hair dryer. Both were disappointing. The inside pool was too cold to get in and the hot tub wasn’t warm enough. Overall the hotel was just average."
