We were at the hotel for a corporate event. The hotel looks a little old but is in very good condition. The rooms are not very spacious but they are comfortable. They do not have a minibar. They have a swimming pool and many open places to enjoy the views of the mountain range and the reservoir. Breakfast is adequate, there is not a great variety of things. We only had dinner once at the hotel and they served us an excellent snack with empanadas.

We enjoyed my wedding, the pre-wedding and the days after. The staff is very friendly, Franco's organization is incredible! Chef Jorge is a genius! The perfect meal in a dream landscape! We have already been 6 times and we will never get tired of coming back.

Llevé a unos amigos de España a conocer el Hotel y ver si podíamos comer en el Restaurant. Consultaron y nos dijeron a todo que si, la Comida fue excelente y el servicio genial (no recuerdo el nombre de la moza, pero una genia ). Todos super gentiles en un lugar espectacular. Experiencia super positiva.

Hotel con excelente ubicación y vistas. A tener en cuenta que es un hotel colonial que no se puede hacer cambios por lo tanto las habitaciones están muy bien pero no tienen las medidas los hoteles nuevos.. estuvimos en una cpl y realmente era muy cómoda. Muy buena atención en la recepción! Tiene un entorno y unos espacios al aire libre qué te da ganas de quedarte todo el día. Dos restaurantes con carta chica que para una estadía de varios días terminas repitiendo platos. Buena comida y probamos un vino de su propio viñedo y nos gustó mucho. Desayuno correcto. Disfrutamos de una linda estadía. Gracias

Soy operador turístico. Quise reservar directo por WhatsApp y solo te dejan reservar por un sistema que cobra antes. En otra oportunidad fui con un grupo de turistas directamente y quisimos almorzar, ni siquiera nos dejaron entrar porque no teníamos reserva. Ni para un snack nos permitieron el ingreso. Su lema es “Pague primero y entré después”. No todos quieren cargar los datos de su tarjeta para una reserva. Muy mala atención directamente no voy más y no lo recomiendo es muy difícil contactarse con alguien y claramente le sobran los clientes pues sino es por el sistema de reservas prepago directamente no podes entrar, seguridad te prohíbe el ingreso.

Muy bien mantenido el hotel ; personal muy amable .Desayuno: muy bueno , completo El restaurante, me parece caro Habitacion chica ,sin frigobar, algo oscuras y el baño incómodo para ducharse (la mampara no es suficiente y el agua sale al piso ,un problema) . Hay de Todoooooo. # Los espacios comunes muy bien cuidados y la decoración también. En contra: #las habitaciones son Pequeñas, oscuras. # el baño se inunda al bañarte.Porque no hacen la mampara un poco más larga? Tener q pedir trapo y secador en un hotel 4 estrellas? # No tienen frigobar # El restaurante es carísimo, y estas alejado de todo. # ni un soporte para apoyar la Valija. Valen la pena las vistas desde el hotel El personal muy amable y correcto. Es un hotel muy caro por las habitaciones q tienen. Costo/ beneficio👎
