Seminaris Avendi Hotel Potsdam
"Right by the train station, with a lake view."
Hotel am Jägertor
"Wonderful stay Beautiful city"
Hotel Ascot Bristol
"I'd recommend this cute hotel for those searching for a 4 star hotel with a reasonable price. The location is nice. But far away from center"
B&B HOTEL Potsdam
"First of all, the location was good because it was right in front of the train station. It's quite a distance, but I walked to Sanssouci during my break. The picture is the view from the train station, but what you see is not Sanssouci, but a different building. If you go that far, there are restaurants and cafes nearby."
Dorint Hotel Potsdam
"Reception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long."
Seminaris SeeHotel Potsdam
"The service is lacking... it's due to the lack of staff, which is plaguing the entire industry"
Hotel Brandenburger Tor Potsdam
"The room is on the first floor of another building, and there is a glass door facing the outside yard in the room, which feels unsafe. Boys can live."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites POTSDAM by IHG
"Nice place"
Holiday Inn - the niu, Amity Potsdam by IHG
"Good location, good service and price as well. Would definetely stay here again in the future"

Schloss Kartzow
"We stayed for three nights in May and were looking forward to staying after having to cancel our trip in 2020. I have given this review a lot of thought and will try to be objective as we had a varied experience staying here. After finding an entrance to the property, there seem to be two, we parked the car and walked around to what is obviously the main entrance which was closed, there was no bell or signage so we walked around to the back terrace and entered through the open door there. Even though we had been asked to supply our expected time of arrival there didn’t seem to be anybody about and we felt uneasy about letting ourselves in unannounced. We finally found the owner who didn’t speak any English and as we didn’t have much German it turned into a rather odd exchange, it just felt very awkward. Not a warm welcome. The restaurant that is advertised as being on site was not operational so we ventured out to try and find somewhere to have dinner. On returning to the Schloss the keys that we were given to open the terrace doors would not open the lock so my husband had to ring the owner on the phone to ask her to come down and open the door for us. Not a very good start to our stay. We had a few other problems during our stay, the hairdryer in our room didn’t work and the promise of having it replaced never eventuated. They seemed to have had problems with the power as well and were having issues with the coffee machine at breakfast. The final straw was waking up on our last day there to find that there was no water. We had to ask when we went downstairs at breakfast what the problem was. There is a definite problem here with a lack of communication. Apparently there was an issue with ageing pipes nearby and the water would be turned off while it was fixed. The owners knew about the planned water shutdown but neglected to inform us the day before which would have solved the problem of us being left unprepared. A simple note under the door to forewarn us would have sufficed. Google translate would have helped with any language problems. We waited in our room for the problem to be fixed but as the time dragged on we went back downstairs and walked straight into the middle of a wedding taking place so out of respect to the couple we retreated back up to our room. Once again a little information about a planned wedding taking place would have been helpful. I actually had to ask if they had any bottled water that we could use as there was never any offer of anything to help us. The water was not reinstated until later in the day and while I understand that this can happen anywhere it was the lack of warning and communication that really annoyed us. That night after returning from having dinner out we walked in to find a private dinner party taking place in the dining room. A staff member started chatting to us pleasantly at the door until the owner came out and hung about looking anxious. The whole time that we were at the Schloss I "
Inselhotel Potsdam
"We had a wonderful stay! Specially enthusiastic we were from the beautiful sauna area – very clean, modern and perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel is excellent, quiet and yet close to all the important attractions. A great praise to the entire team: the staff were always competent, hearty and always pre-eminent. You feel welcome here immediately. A great praise to Mr Baron, who made us available the use of the steam bath on the day of departure. Also, we recommend the Lomi Lomi massage - just fantastic 🤩 We will certainly like to come back"
Hotel Villa Monte Vino
"Very good breakfast. Good location. Parking is inside of hotel, but limit spots(8). Parking on the street (hotel front door), is free from ~6pm-8am. Other time will be 1.5 € /hour."
Limehome Potsdam Annemarie-Wolff-Platz
"Excellent room, great location with all necessary for a long stay. Definitively I will come back!!!"
Design Apartments - "Im Holländerhaus"
"We stayed at Design Apartments with 10 of our collegues in 8 different apartments in Sebtember. The apartments were well designed and very big and had all needed amnetities. The reception was very helpful when we asked them questions and gave us some great restaurant recomendations."
Jugendherberge Potsdam
"Excellent value for money"
Waveboard Hotel & Boardinghouse
"It was great with family. We had little toddlers and grandma with us, all worked out well."
Altstadt Hotel
"Can you GO HELL A HOTEL?? But of course - because everything was tip top! Starting with the booking of 2 booking portals (because not just 3 consecutive days were free), which then was gathered together on site. Quiet room, clean. Super breakfast in the steakhouse bar next door. A drink in the evening, cozy outside on the house wall. Very careful service staff. Probably easy checkout early morning - which is no longer necessarily obvious."
Filmhotel Lili Marleen
Pension am Filmpark
"Four things were okay, everything else was dire. Okay were: the basic furnishing, hygiene, coffee available, and the one worker (or owner?) whom I met was pleasant, amiable, helpful. Dire were: (i) the arrival (at 10pm no one is present, I hadn't been informed, I was lucky that I could find the phone nr and eventually told how to get a key; there were banging noises all night from the heating pipes (even though it was during a heatwave); the walls are thin as cardboard, when the guy in the next room had a shower I could hear everything; the price is a complete rip-off (I paid £410 for 4 nights - yet this is just a hostel, not a hotel at all)."
