The young staff weren't motivated, there was no cold cuts, fruit, etc., and they couldn't even offer me hot chocolate because the machine was broken (there are other ways to heat it up). When I asked if they were going to restock, they looked at their watch and said it was already 9:10. The second day, breakfast was fantastic! 👍🏻 They made us fresh scrambled eggs because they were out of them, and they brought hot chocolate to our table despite the broken coffee machine. So everything was great! 👍🏻"

"The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old."

Breakfast appears to be (almost) free, but do not expect a buffet. It is roughly a German version of the breakfast found at Toyoko Inn hotels in Japan. If Berlin is your main destination, public transportation routes are inconvenient. However, if Potsdam is your main destination, the location is considered excellent."
