"The first breakfast was a real disappointment. The young staff weren't motivated, there was no cold cuts, fruit, etc., and they couldn't even offer me hot chocolate because the machine was broken (there are other ways to heat it up). When I asked if they were going to restock, they looked at their watch and said it was already 9:10. The second day, breakfast was fantastic! 👍🏻 They made us fresh scrambled eggs because they were out of them, and they brought hot chocolate to our table despite the broken coffee machine. So everything was great! 👍🏻"

"Clean and hygienic, parking fee is a bit expensive, but everything else is great. Breakfast is very plentiful. The room is very large by European standards, and both twin beds are large. It is very close to the highway, making it convenient to go to Berlin and Leipzig."

"Fantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things."

"The room was very clean and large enough. Breakfast was very good. On the first day it was etas tired at breakfast, the demand whether to want coffee took, on the second day it ran better. Great views at breakfast, you could also have breakfast outside. The hotel is very great. The "Garden view" was rather the view of the parking lot. The hotel was not cheap, but the prices for the deep garage are unreasonably high (25 Euro per night). The restaurant has only opened from 14 a.m.. SPA area would also have been extra cost."
